Role Overview
The Shutdown Supervisor is the on-ground leader responsible for coordinating and executing all mechanical, piping, and structural activities during plant shutdowns and turnarounds. You’ll manage crews of 20–100+ tradespeople across refinery, petrochemical, and process plant sites, ensuring every task is completed safely, on-spec, and on-schedule. This role demands someone who thrives under pressure — shutdown timelines are measured in hours, not days, and every delay has a direct cost impact. You’ll work closely with the client’s project and maintenance teams, coordinating daily task allocations, safety permits, and progress reporting.
