They work at your site under your supervision, but Metro handles all HR, payroll, and compliance. This is fundamentally different from labour contracting where workers may lack proper documentation or benefits.

We require a minimum of 5 people for an outsourcing engagement. This allows us to assign a dedicated coordinator and maintain cost-effective HR administration for your team.

Day-to-day work supervision is handled by your site team. Metro manages all HR, payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance. You get full operational control without the administrative burden.

We have a structured performance management process. If an outsourced employee does not meet expectations, Metro will provide a replacement within the agreed SLA timeline. Our dedicated coordinator works with your site team to ensure smooth transitions.

Yes. Metro Manpower is registered under MSME (Udyam). We are also GST registered, EPF and ESIC compliant, and maintain all statutory registrations required for manpower outsourcing in India.
