Metro Manpower — formerly Metro Engineering Services — was founded in 2007 by Mr. N.K. Singh, a veteran with over 30 years of hands-on experience in heavy industry recruitment, people management, and oil & gas operations.
The journey started with a single project: deploying over 100 qualified candidates for Instrumentation Limited, helping them successfully execute a critical project that same year. That first deployment established what would become Metro's defining trait — the ability to mobilize large, reliable teams quickly through a network built on personal trust.
