Role Overview
Civil Foremen supervise all civil and structural concrete works at industrial project sites — foundations, piling, RCC structures, underground utilities, roads, and drainage. You’re the first trade on any greenfield site and the last to finish. Civil work quality directly impacts every subsequent discipline (mechanical, electrical, piping), so accuracy in levels, dimensions, and concrete quality is non-negotiable.

- Ensure dimensional accuracy of foundations, plinths, and RCC structures using survey instruments
- Monitor concrete mix design compliance and conduct cube testing at prescribed frequencies

- Manage civil labour crews of 20–100+ workers
- Maintain daily measurement records and progress reports
- Ensure site housekeeping, safety barricading, and excavation protection compliance
